Adam Zebrowski is a catcher in the Atlanta Braves Organization. He was drafted in the 13th round, 397th overall by the Atlanta Braves in the summer of 2021 and reached High-A in his first full season in 2022. Zebrowski played college baseball at St. John Fisher College.
At St. John Fisher College, Zebrowski broke out in a huge way in 2021, earning D3 National Player of the Year honors after hitting .500 with 20 homers in 38 games. He strung together arguably the greatest season in Fisher’s history after nearly hitting for the Division III Triple Crown. He was named a First-Team All-American by D3baseball.com and the ABCA . The talented catcher led the country with 20 home runs and 70 RBI. He also drew 26 walks and finished the year with a .594 on-base percentage and a whopping .993 slugging percentage. Zebrowski finished the season riding a 31-game hitting streak and accounted for at least three hits in a game on 11 times including two games with five hits. Defensively as a catcher he all but eliminated the running game throwing out five runners and owning a .992 fielding percentage. He concluded the season ranked second all-time in program history with 22 home runs, all of this in only 38 games.
He was drafted in the 13th round, 397th overall by the Atlanta Braves in the summer of 2021. Zebrowski joined fellow Cardinals Daniel Jurik and Marc Iseneker as MLB Draft Picks. Jurik was drafted in the 25th round by the Atlanta Braves in 2010 and Iseneker went in the 28th round to the Texas Rangers in 2016.
The scouting reports on Zebrowski, “he has some ingredients that could point to a career as a big league backstop. The first is his legitimate power from the right side of the plate. While the transition to pro-ball wasn’t easy in terms of his overall offensive game, the pop was still there, as he homered 11 times in 86 games. He also has some patience at the plate, walking in 15.6 percent of his plate appearances.”
The featured white, grey and gold Nike Force Batting Gloves were game worn by Adam Zebrowski in 2024 as a member of the Rome Emperors.
