Armando Alvarez is a professional baseball infielder for the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2024. Alvarez has also been a member of the San Francisco Giants and New York Yankees. Alvarez attended Miami Killian Senior High School in Kendall, Florida. He enrolled at Eastern Kentucky University and played college baseball for the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.
